Benjamin Leisinger

Internationally recognized legal expert

Benjamin Leisinger studied law at the University of Basel (lic. iur. in 2003; Dr. iur. in 2006). He passed the Zurich bar and joined the Swiss law firm Homburger AG as an associate in 2008.

In 2012, he graduated with an LL.M. from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Homburger again in 2013, Benjamin worked as a foreign associate in a leading international law firm in New York.

He is a partner in Homburger’s Banking and Finance and Capital Markets teams since 2018. Benjamin’s practice focuses on banking, finance, financial services, financial regulatory and capital markets law.

His areas of expertise also include corporate and commercial law. He regularly publishes in his field of expertise.
