Swiss born Lukas Baumann is characterized above all by his gift of his healthy curiosity and fearlessness in contact with other people and cultures. Quick-witted, hands on and a gentleman out and out, he has worked and lived abroad for over a decade all over the world, but mainly in Asia and Australia. Along the journey, he has established his trust worth and extraordinary network – international, comprising diverse industries, personal and very well structured. With his capabilities he uplifted numerous start-ups, brands, labels and traditional enterprises to global brands and or multi-million IPO. He also had the opportunity to gather great experience in environmental technology, the luxury- and in the food industry such as in IT – Digitalisation.
Lukas is holding a degree in commerce, is graduated at SIB, Federally approved Swiss Institute for Business Economics and ZHAW, Life Sciences and Facility Management IUNR in Aquaculture. To keep the eagle perspective, he made his private Pilot licence already 20 years ago.
The inspiration and energy for his busy life he gets outdoors, definitely his place to be. As a Horsemen he represented Switzerland in international three-day eventing competitions, loves sailing, water- and winter sports. One of the most epic journey’s so far, was for Lukas the “VOLVO challenge 2009” – driving the first VOLVO overland from Switzerland to Australia to Melbourne Cup.
