Started his career as an auditor in London before returning back to Malaysia in 1997 to join the tech industry, specifically in internet startups. As web based applications became more popular, he became an application developer and technical director in his own startup, engineering web based applications for clients in e-commerce, human resource management, business intelligence and media.

In 2006, he joined a very large European oil and gas company developing information security solutions applying his knowledge in AI to monitor and secure their internal networks. He later joined a Fortune 500 bank, as a portfolio and programme manager overseeing application development in retail banking in credits and collections, fraud management, secured lending and retail process engineering.

These days, he provides business and technology consulting for internet startups and also involves himself in business development for a minerals and metals mining concern.

In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist and scuba diver, especially enjoying the beautiful climbs of Alps.
